As soon as you pay, your Toybox account will be created and you will have instant access to the Product. You'll receive an email within 30 mins (usually more like 2-5mins) welcoming you and giving you a link to the Toybox site, along with details on how to change your password.

Adding your branding is as simple as uploading your logo and choosing your colours in Canva, following the marked spots. You don't need any special design skills—just the basics like editing colours and uploading images. And if you're not up to do it yourself, we're here to help!
What are my options for printing the cards?
The cards are optimised for professional printing with MOO, ensuring high quality at a reasonable cost and allowing you to choose the finish you prefer. They've been pre-checked with MOO’s system for hassle-free printing.
Digital files are versatile too; use them on whiteboards, in slide decks, or with platforms like Ipsodecko, and even incorporate them into your Zoom screen with tools like OBS.

You can use the printed or digital decks in your sessions, provide them to associates, or sell them to clients (non-facilitators only). Reselling the templates is not permitted. Please encourage fellow facilitators interested in their own branded decks to purchase their own copy!
Will there be updates or expansions to the card deck?
Given the richness of contributions, an expansion is a possibility! We welcome your input for additional questions. While no promises can be made, any developments will be communicated to purchasers first. There’s a space to submit your new questions within the product.
Why are there different purchase prices for the same product?
I wanted to experiment! It’s always a balance isn’t it between getting a product in people’s hand, feeling like you’re charging appropriately and actually making a profit. So I’ve got a price point to help towards each of those. Choose the price you feel able or willing to pay and pay that one. I’m not going to be judging anyone – I know when I’ve had this opportunity in the past I’ve been in apposition where I’ve needed to pay the lowest amount at that time. There’s also been times when I feel someone is undercharging and wanted to pay a higher amount. And if right now you can only afford the lowest one but in your heart you want to pay more then you can come back at a later date and ‘buy me a game’ to top it up!

I want to make it as easy as possible for you to buy and use the products in the Toybox. The aim is that they make your life easier and more enjoyable, rather than creating a load of rules for you to follow.
